Terms and Conditions for Providers on MyGotoVet
Welcome to MyGotoVet! By registering as a provider (Veterinarian or Animal Expert), you agree to the following terms designed to ensure professionalism, trust, and seamless service delivery on the platform:
Commission and Payment Structure
- By joining MyGotoVet, you accept that a 20% commission will be deducted from all consultation fees paid by clients through the platform. This commission covers administrative, operational, and support costs necessary to keep the platform running smoothly.
- You are not permitted to collect payments directly from clients for services booked through MyGotoVet.
Consultation Policy
- Your first consultation with each new client must be free.
- MyGotoVet sets consultation fees and schedules appointments.
- You agree to respond to booking requests within 4 hours.
- Confirmed bookings must be honored, and excessive cancellations may lead to suspension.
- After each session, you are required to submit meeting notes through your dashboard.
Licensing and Conduct
- You confirm that you hold a valid veterinary license or relevant qualification and will upload it during sign-up.
- You agree to practice within the legal and ethical limits of your license and jurisdiction.
- You will maintain honest, respectful, and professional conduct at all times when interacting with clients.
Refunds and Client Experience
- You agree to cooperate with the platform in cases of client complaints or refund requests. If a client is eligible for a refund under MyGotoVet’s policy, you are required to honor the refund by returning the due amount via the platform.
- MyGotoVet reserves the right to mediate any disputes to ensure fairness.
Profile and Platform Use
- You agree to provide accurate information and a professional photo for your profile.
- You allow MyGotoVet to use your profile for promotional and platform-related marketing purposes.
- Misrepresentation of qualifications or services may result in account suspension.
By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
